ATTENTION OUT OF STATE ENTRANTS:
The State of Vermont Department of Agriculture regulations dictate that all horses traveling to Vermont from out of state are required to have a Negative Coggins withing 12 months and either a Health Certificate dated within 30 days of travel or an Exhibition Permit issued by the State of Vermont.
State inspectors may at any time - on the road or at the show.
As part of compliance with the enhanced USEF Biosecurity rules and to compy with State and Federal regulations, we will require that all Out of State Entrants have either an Exhibition Permit or Health Certificate with you on the grounds or on file with the Show Secretary. All Vermont Entrants must have a negative Coggins on file.
Out of State Competitors can get an Exhibition Permit from the State of VT that will cover them for the summer and fall show season and will exempt them from the requirement of a new Health Certificate for each Vermont show attended (ie one permit will cover you for GMHA and VDD).

BREED AWARDS PAPERWORK:
High point breed awards will be offered for the following: ANDALUSIAN/LUSITANO, DANISH (NADWA), FRIESIAN, HANOVERIAN, KWPN, MORGAN, OLDENBURG NA, SWEDISH T.I.P. (Thoroughbred Incentive Program) AND TRAKEHNER.
  • Please submit your breed paperwork with your entry to be eligible for breed awards, and check with your breed association to confirm their requirements.
TWO FULL-SIZE REGULATION SAND ARENAS
and
SAND AND GRASS WARM UP AREAS
- All qualifying tests will be ridden on sand.
STABLING:
58 permanent stalls with full doors, 36 permanent stalls with half doors. All permanent stalls have clay floors. Additional temporary stabling will be available if entries warrant. Stabling will be offered on a first come, first served basis. $145.00 block stabling fee for the duration of the show (Friday 10AM – Monday at 8AM). A separate $25.00 stall cleaning deposit is required and will be refunded if the stall is cleaned upon departure. Pony Club/4H stall cleaners will be available on site in exchange for a donation.
Bedding will not be provided by the show, but shavings will be available for purchase on site.

    • ATSM APPROVED HELMETS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHILE MOUNTED ON THE SHOWGROUNDS. USEF ATTIRE RULES WILL APPLY IN THE COMPETITION ARENAS.
    • FOOD WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE SHOWGROUNDS.
    • AMPLE DAY TRAILER PARKING AVAIALABLE.
    • DOGS ARE WELCOME BUT MUST BE ON A 6’ MAX. LENGTH LEASH AT ALL TIMES. VIOLATORS SUBJECT TO $30.00 BAIL.
    • IN ACCORDANCE WITH USEF REGULATIONS, MOTORIZED VEHICLES MAY ONLY BE OPERATED BY INDIVIDUALS WHO POSSESS A VALID OPERATORS LICENSE.
    • THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COMBINE, DIVIDE OR CANCEL ANY CLASSES.
